This is the vanity plate of Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz.

Visuals: Over a black background is the text "KITSIS/HOROWITZ" in a Star Wars-like font drop down from the bottom in random positions, followed by a Galaga-like ship moving to the right. A laser then shoots out of the ship, causing the text to explode into pieces with orange and blue lights showing on it.
