Background

Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo, abbreviated KCET is the development sub-arm of Konami headquartered in Tokyo.

1st Logo (March 19, 1998-September 27, 2002)

Logo: Over a white background is the word "KCET" in an italicized sans-serif font with the byline "Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo", the "E" of "KCET" having a blue diagonal line forming part of it.

Variant: On some games, the logo lacks the byline.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Music/Sounds Variant: On Tokimeki Memorial 2 a random female seiyuu from the game spells out "KCET".

Availability: Rare. Mostly on KCET's PS1 and early PS2 games and JP exclusives.

2nd Logo (August 7, 2003-March 24, 2005)

Logo: Same as the third Konami Computer Entertainment Japan logo, except "TOKYO" replaces "JAPAN".

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on most PS2 games such as Castlevania: Lament of Innocence.
