Background
This is Bob Kushell's vanity card.

Logo: On a red background, we see a cartoon camera with a smiley face on the circle. On top of the circle is the words "MORE THAN TELEVISION, IT'S", splitting between the camera. We see the words "Kushellivision" in black with yellow bordering with lines on each side. The camera blinks.
FX/SFX: The camera blinking.
Music/Sounds: A xylophone eye blink sound effect, which is taken from Hanna-Barbera.
