Background

Lamy Filmes was a film company from Brazil.

Logo (1985)

Visuals: Over a black background, there is a map panning down and it folded into a sphere and spins. After that, it crossfades to a sphere containing lots of photos in a black/blue gradient and it zooms in while it spins. The entire screen pixel transitions into a moving starfield with a globe and a filmstrip ring around it and "LAMY" in 3D and "FILMES" below it at the middle of the globe.

Technique: CGI and 2D cel animation.

Audio: A trumpet fanfare.

Availability: Seen in a Brazilian VHS release of The Mutilator.
