This is the production company of Steven Levitan. It was formerly known as Steven Levitan Productions.

1st Logo (March 4, 1997-January 11, 2006)

Nicknames: "Father and Son", "The Giggle"

Logo: On a black background, we see a boxed live-action scene of a man and the little boy playing together. The man (believed to be the father) suspends the boy up in the air for about two seconds and brings him down and repeats it once again. Below the video, the text reads "Steven Levitan Prods." with "in association with" in white text.

Trivia: The people in the video in the logo was (probably) Steven Levitan's father and Steven as a child, and was from an old memory shot on film.

Variant: On some shows, "in association with" is absent.

FX/SFX: It's all live-action.

Music/Sounds: A 9-note clarinet tune followed by a child giggling.

Music/Sounds Variants:

Oliver Beene has a different 5-note clarinet tune ending in a guitar strum, with the same giggling sound.
On Just Shoot Me!, the closing theme is heard.
Original airings use a generic theme and a voiceover.

2nd Logo (September 26, 2012-April 8, 2020)

Nicknames: "Father and Son II", "The Giggle II", "Reel Version", "Same People, Different Background"

Logo: On a white background, we see the same scene from the last logo, this time on a reel. The words "STEVEN LEVITAN PRODS." in a tilted angle are next to it.

FX/SFX: Same as the first logo.

Music/Sounds: The sound of a film reel rolling or the end theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on Modern Family (starting with the fourth season) and LA to Vegas.

Nicknames: "Father and Son Redux", "The Giggle Redux"

Logo: On a black background, we see a reworked version of the 1st logo, now in a white border with frames around it. A lens flare comes from the left, forming the company name in a white serif font.

FX/SFX: Same as the last two logos, with the addition of the lens flare.

Music/Sounds: A brief horn sound, followed by a 5-note clarinet tune.

Availability: Brand new. This debuted on Reboot.
