▲Liberation Entertainment was a home entertainment company, known for acquiring and selling film and television content worldwide, and a former member of AFMA. It was formerly called Liberty International Entertainment and started resurrecting under its current name, in late 2005 by ex-MCA Records president Jay Boberg, with offices in Los Angeles and the UK. The company was initially co-founded in 1997 by Irv Holender, the founder of INI Entertainment Group. In America, all of the company's releases were distributed by Genius Products under its resurrected name. Once Genius crumbled in 2009, Liberation folded the same year, with its library being sold one year later to Camelot Entertainment Group, which, in turn, went on in 2013(?) to be acquired by Hollender's then-new outfit Multicom Entertainment.

Background
In late 2005, Liberty International Entertainment was renamed to Liberation Entertainment under co-founder Jay Boberg. In America, all of the company's releases were distributed by Genius Products under its resurrected name. Once Genius crumbled in 2009, Liberation folded the same year, with its library being sold one year later to Camelot Entertainment Group, which in turn went on in 2013 to be acquired by Liberty International co-founder Irv Hollender's then-new outfit Multicom Entertainment.
1st Logo (2006-2007)
Visuals: Over a black background is a white-outlined, blue rectangle with the text "LIBERATION" on it, along with a yellow-green arrow with a cartoon hand holding a black torch (with green fire) on it, and the word "entertainment" at the bottom. Plus, there's a slow shine on "entertainment".
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: The sound of a projector starting, an organ like-note playing, and a deep note that plays throughout the logo.
Availability: Retained on MeTV airings of Peter Gunn.
2nd Logo (2007-2009)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a light shortly appearing in the center, and a blue rectangle rolling towards different directions as it moves towards the screen. It stops frontwise and the text "LIBERATION" from before appears, along with a yellow-green arrow with the hand from before, near said word on the left. The same letters of the word "entertainment" come from the right towards beneath "LIBERATION" one by one to form it. The "TM" logo appears near the logo from the right, and a light appears on the top of the torch, followed by green fire.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A drum roll, an explosion sound, sparkle and a sizzling sound for the flames.
Availability: Found on UK DVDs of Shaman King and Oban Star Racers.
