Visuals: A CGI render of a large mansion atop a steep terrain; actually the Inn of Loch Lomond, at night, and during a thunderstorm is seen. Throughout the sequence, the text "Loch Lomond Entertainment, Ltd." in a serif font is overlaid on the bottom half of the screen. Lightning strikes on that square light, and the mansion goes dark along with the window, leaving one running light in one room. Lightning flashes again for a split second, before the sequence cuts to the Fox Television Studios logo.

Audio: The closing theme song. On a season 3 episode of Son of the Beach, there is a thunderstorm as well as a woman screaming in fear.
