1st Logo (1989)

Visuals: On a black background, we see a woman doing a phrase, after that, 2 8-bit stars appears on the woman’s face and fades out, and the words “L” and “K” and a VHS tape flipping around, the words “VIDEO” and “O CINEMA SUA CASA APRESEENTA” wipes in.

Trivia: The woman in this logo is American actress Marilyn Monroe.

Variant: A short version exists.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A Hi-Hop Theme

Audio Variant: On Pin, The First Tristar Pictures logo was heard.

Availability: Seen on its Brazilian VHS tapes, such as Pin and O feiticeiro.

2nd Logo (1992-1995)

Visuals: We see a VHS film reel, then, it zooms it to reveal a cassette flipping. The words “L” slides from right, “K” slides from left and “VIDEO” slides from up quickly, the words “RENOVA SUAS EMOÇÓES” fade in.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A synth theme.

Availability: It appeared on VHS tapes from 1992 to 1995, such as Lifepod.
