Logo: On a blue background, we see a yellow box with a crescent shape inside. Above and below the box are "LUNAR" and "VIDEO" respectively, with a yellow line below the latter text.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Scarce. May be seen on some pre-cert tapes from the company such as Nick the Sting.
