1st Logo (1988-1990s)

Logo: On a white background, an italic blue "L" zooms in with a circular outline spinning from both horizontal and vertical sides. The logo stops moving. Then the word "LUSOMUNDO" drops down from the logo and stops below it. "APRESENTA" also drops down and stops near the bottom-right corner.

Technique: Very simple animation.

Music/Sounds: A police siren-like sound that repeats, while a patriotic fanfare plays.

Availability: Near extinction.

2nd Logo (1990s-2000s)

Logo: A globe of Earth zooms in, with a thick revolving ring of gold. A golden figure, made of two parts, follows and inverts vertically, becoming an "L", while the globe disappears and the letter takes its place inside the ring. The name "LUSOMUNDO" zooms in. The word "APRESENTA" is wiped is by a light flash.

Technique: CGI animation that improves over the previous logo.

Music/Sounds: A synth and xylophone tune followed by a loud swish at the wiping.

Availability: Rare, was seen on local DVDs.
