Logo (January 13-May 5, 1966)

Visuals: We fade in to see a thin rectangle, next to the rectangle with words inside "PRODUCTIONS" on top and "LUTHER DAVIS" on the bottom respectively with the triangle underneath. Then the logo fades out.

Technique: The fade-in and fade-out.

Audio: The closing theme.
