Background

Lux Animation was a Luxembourgish animation production company, founded in 2000. In 2006, it was purchased by MoonScoop, eventually being folded into Splash Entertainment.

1st Logo (2003-December 2, 2007)


Visuals: On a black background, there is a smiling TV set with the words "Lux Animation" inside of it.

Variants:

  • On Di-Gata Defenders, the logo is more 3D-ish with a white outline.
  • The logo appears in credit on Creepschool and Robotboy.

Technique: None.

Audio: The closing theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on season 6 of Franklin, season 1 of The Large Family, the first 3 seasons of Di-Gata Defenders, Patates et Dragons and Creepschool.


2nd Logo (December 16, 2007-2014)


Visuals: On a white background, there is a red monitor with the text "LUXANiMATiON" below it.

Variants:

  • On Di-Gata Defenders, the colors are inverted.
  • An in-credit version appears on Little Spirou.

Technique: None.

Audio: The closing theme of the show.

Availability: Appears on the first 2 seasons of Babar and the Adventures of Badou.

  • It does not appear on 9, as an in-credit notice is used instead.
