Background

MFest was a subsidary of The Movie Network which specialized in foreign and independent films, as well as DisneyToon Studios' animated feature Planes. The channel was folded on March 1, 2016.

1st Logo (2003-2008)

TBA!

2nd Logo (2008-February 29, 2016)

Logo: We see the logo for MFest. It fades out, and a square resembling a film chip in grey appears. Then copies of the grey square appear one by one in spirals until one glows and the words “ Feature Presentation” appears. It then fades out.

FX/SFX: The animated squares.

Music/Sounds: The same as The Movie Network, but with reversed pianos at the beginning instead of the usual sound effects.

Availability: Extinct on TV. Check your old tapes.

Editor’s Note: This is the same variant as The Movie Network but the squares are grey instead of blue.
