Background
This is the vanity plate of Kenny Schwartz (who would later form Wiener & Schwartz Productions with Rick Wiener).
Logo (September 19, 2002-2010)
Visuals: Next to the 3 Hounds Productions logo, there is backside view of a man sitting in a green chair in an orange-tinted room, looking up at a red screen with the company name on it in white.
