1st Logo (1982-1990)

Logo: On a blue background, many yellow letters and outlines are seen in extreme close-up and warp into the BG. As the progress slows down, the outlines and letters stop warping, forming the logo. The logo itself consists in two rectangle outlines with "MTC", with some slashes next to "M", in the upper box, and "video" in the bottom box.

Technique: Scanimation.

Music/Sounds: A dramatic synth arpeggio with another synth playing a repeating low 5-note theme, which music is the final part of the stock music "Electrosonic IDs And Logos #6" composed by Richard Sanders. Like the ATC ID from 1979-1980, the music was been very low-pitched and slowed-down, albeit differently.

Availability: Seen on old Greek VHS tapes distributed by Cannon.

2nd Logo (1990-late 1990s?)

Logo: On a space background, three red lines from thinnest to thickest fly in and flash and settle. A giant blue 3D object flies in rotating 360 degrees. At its middle point, the object flips to its top and rotates 90 degrees, revealing its MTC text from before. The logo flashes, becoming metallic, and "video" in white is wipe in by a light. A large blue streaked border is wiped in. The border disappears and two blue boxes with white outlines appear behind the logo, the MTC logo turns sky blue, and the stars disappear. The logo zooms in.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: A funky rock tune.

Availability: Rare; you can see them on Greek VHS tapes made by Cannon or on some Greek Inspector Gadget tapes.
