Background
Mad Dog Pictures was an offshoot label of October Films.
Logo (May 1992-1993)

Visuals: A circle wipes and reveals an angry-looking dog on a black circle with "MAD DOG" on top and "PICTURES" on the bottom against a red background. The logo remains static until the same transition happens in reverse.
Technique: Just an iris-in/out effect.
Audio: Either background noise from the movie or dog noises.
Availability: Seen on Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me and the trailer (and possibly theatrical prints) for Chain of Desire. This is blacked out on VUDU prints of the former.
