Logo: Various cuts of a band featuring timpanis, horns, a drummer, violinists, two female vocalists and a bassist are shown moving/flipping in from sides of the screen. The color-changing "MADISON", stacked with "VIDEO HOME" below moves from right to left 3 times. "PRESENTA" then comes out from the bottom. When the drummer is playing the video cuts into copies of itself zooming into the screen. "PRESENTA" fades out.

FX/SFX: Mostly live action with typical computerized text on it.

Music/Sounds: An orchestral jazz tune; actually a live intro of a Lou Rawls song (?).
