Background

This is Jane Lipsitz's production company.

1st Logo (December 7, 2005- )

Logo: On a royal purple background, we see an elf dancing with her feet closed and arms with hands closed. Then the words "MAGICAL ELVES INC." with the circular "m" symbol appear while she stops dancing and her right foot moves to the right before her left eye winks.

Variants:

  • The logo was originally created in which the logo has an extremely cheaper appearance to it (almost as if it was made in Blender in a few minutes).
  • At the end of the closing credits of Air Guitar Nation, the elf stomps her right foot as she rocks.
  • Sometimes the logo can be shortened.
  • From 2013 onwards, the word "INC." is removed now reading "MAGICAL ELVES".
  • Starting in 2015, when International distribution and production group Tinopolis from the UK acquired the company in 2014, the byline "A Tinopolis Company' appears swiping from the left of the screen, marking it the first time Magical Elves has a byline.

Technique: The elf dancing, her right foot moving to the right and her left eye winking. For the Air Guitar Nation variant, the elf's right foot stomping and her rocking.

Music/Sounds: The elf giggling, and then three sparkling sounds.

Music/Sounds Variant: On Air Guitar Nation, the ending theme plays over.

Availability: Current and common.

  • It debuted on the second season of Project Runway, which premiered on December 7, 2005. It was also seen on reality shows that they produced such as Online Dating Rituals of the American Man, and Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, among others.

2nd Logo (2021)

Logo: On a white background we see three elves, one with a television camera connecting to a TV set and inside there is the circle with the letter "M" on it which is infact the circle from the first logo inside, one sitting on a director's chair with a microphone and one holding a board. Then all three of the elves swiping away into the TV screen and the circle with the letter "M" on it zooms in the middle when the background changes into purple. The text "MAGICAL ELVES" with the Tinopolis byline appears in a sliding effect appears underneath the circle.

Technique: Simple traditional animation.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme.
