This was the production company for Gullah Gullah Island's early episodes. Mainly the season 1 episodes.

Logo: We see a huge magnet. Suddenly, two electric charges bring the word "MAGNET" up to the magnet's poles and makes the text vibrate. The text "Productions Inc" then fades in and shortly after the magnet text stops vibrating.
Technique: Early 2D Animation.
Music/Sounds: The end theme for Gullah Gullah Island.
Availability: Seen on earlier (mostly season 1) episodes of Gullah Gullah Island.
Legacy: This logo is actually quite nice and unknown why it was used for such a short time.
