Background

The Canadian version of DIY Network was launched by Corus, Canwest, and Scripps Networks Interactive on October 19, 2009, replacing Fine Living. Throughout many acquisitions over the years, current ownership results in Corus owning 80.24% and Warner Bros. Discovery owning 19.76. The channel rebranded to Magnolia Network on March 28, 2022.

Magnolia Network Canada

ID (March 28, 2022-)

Visuals: It depends on the variant.

Technique: 2D animation by Loyalkaspar.

Audio: It depends on the variant.

Legacy: Much like the WildBrainTV logo, the name change can be annoying and divisive to some, and those expecting the DIY Network IDs described above can be annoyed. Regardless, the animation here is good.
