1st Logo (February 15, 2002-)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a red magnolia flower lying on a blue disc, with "magnolia" and "pictures" written to the right in a typewriter font.
Variant: On the trailer for Wonderful World, the background and petal outlines are white.
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on almost all films from the company.
2nd Logo (May 26, 2002-September 13, 2005)
Visuals: On a bluish-purple background, there is a blue rolling film projector viewed from a slanted upwards angle, with copies of the Magnolia Pictures logo on the light. Suddenly, the projector faces towards the viewer and its light fills the screen. Then, a blue disc (part of the logo) slides to the left, wiping in the words "magnolia pictures" in the same font as the previous logo. The disc stops right next to the text, then a red magnolia flower (also part of the logo) fades in and places itself on the disc, forming the finished product, which is slightly bigger and less saturated than usual. After the logo forms, the filmstrip suddenly rolls out from the disc.
Technique: Flash animation.
Audio: None.
Availability: It could be found on the Magnolia Pictures website during the time period. The pages from the time period (which have this logo) were still saved today on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.
3rd Logo (October 13, 2005-March 25, 2013)

Suddenly, it faces towards the viewer and its light fills the screen, which then clears away and reveals the Magnolia Pictures logo in white, without the disc. The logo then fades out and a white flash wipes the standard movie logo and the home entertainment logo into the left and right sides of the top bar.
Variants:
- From October 2005-March 2006, the logo in the top left was the discless version, and the text "movies that matter" (in the same typewriter font) was seen in the top right.
- From March-August 2006, the top right text was absent.
Technique: Flash animation.
Audio: None.
Availability: Same as before.
