Background
This is the vanity plate of Michael Seitzman. It was formerly known as "Michael Seitzman's Pictures".

Logo: On a grass, we see a book with the words inside the cover "Michael Seitzman's" with the yellow tilted word "pictures" on the bottom right, then suddenly, the book opens with a blue flash before closing it again.
FX/SFX: The book.
Music/Sounds: On Intelligence, it's the closing theme, but on Code Black, it's an organ sound. CBS airings used a generic theme.
Music/Sounds Variant: On one episode on Code Black, an organ sound is different.
Availability: Seen on Intelligence and the first two seasons of Code Black.
