This is Mark Goffman's vanity card.
1st Logo (September 23-November 4, 2013)
Logo: We see a boy wearing a hat sitting in a white chair and holding a guitar. The words "Mark Goffman Productions" type above.
FX/SFX: The letters typing.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on early season 1 episodes of Sleepy Hollow (excluding the pilot).
2nd Logo (November 11, 2013-February 23, 2015)
Logo: It's the same person from the previous logo, but he is animated and is playing the red guitar. The words "Mark Goffman Productions" type in black.
FX/SFX: Same as the first logo.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on later season 1-2 of Sleepy Hollow.
