Logo (March 17, 1998-March 19, 1999)
Visuals: Over a dark purple circle-like background, there is a green ring in the middle with a gold border, with "MARKUS" and "FRANKEN" arced on opposite sides respectively, with two gold diamonds separating them. There are four gray rectangles with gold borders, saying "Docudramas", "Half-Hour Comedy", "Books on Tape", and "Theme Parks" respectively. Finally, inside the ring, there are John Markus and Al Franken, wearing suits as the latter moves his head a bit.
Technique: Live-action.
Audio: The closing theme of the show or the generic theme on original broadcasts.
Availability: Only seen on Lateline on NBC and it's DVD release.
