Images of Marvel superheroes are replaced with those of the late Stan Lee. Clips of Marvel movies are all also replaced with clips of Lee's various appearances, either from his cameo appearances in Marvel movies or from publicity footage. After the logo finishes, the background fades to black, the logo then fades away two seconds later, and a message appears saying "THANK YOU STAN". This variant was made as a tribute to Lee, who died several months prior to the film's release.

The images of the heroes that were snapped by the villain Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War are excluded. Some footage displayed in the logo is also changed to correspond with the events of Avengers: Infinity War. At the end, the gradient red background fades to black, like the previous two variants, and the fanfare is replaced by the song "Dear Mr. Fantasy" by the English rock band Traffic. Then, the logo cuts to the movie's second scene.
