These are the logo variations seen on trailer throughout the years by Marvel Studios, with more to be added overtime.

The Punisher (2004):
The background is in black. Seen on the teaser trailer and the theatrical trailer, as well as TV spots.

Blade: Trinity (2004):
Blade jumps off the building while the Marvel logo appears above him.

X-Men: The Last Stand (2006):
After the logo is done, the text turns into ice and zooms in. Only on the teaser trailer.

Spider-Man 3 (2007, Video Game):
The logo is seen on the building's rooftop as the helipad

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009):
Same as the video game itself.

The Avengers (2012):
On the trailer, the logo is the same as in the film, only there are no energy waves.

Thor: The Dark World (2013):
After the logo is complete, Thor's cape sweeps it away. Found on a trailer.

Ant-Man (2015):
The logo shrinks and is surrounded by swarms of ants.

Deadpool (2016):
Snow falls over the logo. Seen on a TV spot.

Doctor Strange (2016):
After the logo is complete, it turns black.

On the second trailer, revealed at Comic Con 2016, the logo at the beginning turns kaleidoscopic, then the new Marvel Studios logo appears, then the logo at the end turns to normal.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017):
After the logo is complete, the silver parts turn purple. The purple Marvel text flies onto the screen, followed by yellow and blue copies.

On the Super Bowl TV spot, the background is purple.

Thor: Ragnarok (2017):
The logo turns green, in commemoration of Hela and the Hulk.

Black Panther (2018):
The logo turns black.

Avengers: Infinity War (2018):
On the "Roll Call" TV spot, after the logo is complete, the entire logo turns into dust and disintegrates.

Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018):
On TV spots and some trailers, the logo's background turns into a scale-like pattern.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018):
Nearly the same as in the trailer for The Avengers, but the 2002 logo is still. Also, the entire logo is dark red, the background is black, and the words "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" appear above the logo.

On the TV spots, the logo is shown in white as Spider-Man (Miles Morales) is on the roof. On one TV spot, the logo is in black & white against the New York City skyline as Spider-Man jumps off the crane.

Captain Marvel (2019):
After the logo is complete, the silver parts turn gold and the background turns blue.

Avengers: Endgame (2019):
The logo disintegrates into dust and the dust particles fly away, just like in the Infinity War TV spots. On a few TV spots, the background is green.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021): The logo is flanked by the Ten Rings insignia.

Eternals (2021): The logo is a golden construct made by Phastos.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022): The logo is fractured like glass. In the fragments, portions of the 2002 and 2013 logos are seen similar to the Columbia Pictures variant seen on Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. This is absent on the Spider-Man: No Way Home post-credits teaser trailer.

Moon Knight (2022): The logo tilts counterclockwise against a white backdrop, while lighting shifts. The Marvel part of the logo is colored red here, oddly enough.

Ms. Marvel (2022): A drawing of many things (like Ant-Man) is shown, which zooms out revealing Kamala Khan thinking of the beginning of the Marvel Studios logo (which is in a speech bubble), which we go into and animates in reverse, as the trailer's song "Blinding Lights" by The Weeknd plays, and the logo goes into a black frame. The logo fades to the finished product, but is redrawn.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (2022): The background changes its color to green.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022): The logo is on a city street in Wakanda and colored white, as the funeral procession passes over it.
