Background

Mattel, Inc. is an American multinational toy manufacturing and entertainment company founded in January 1945 and headquartered in El Segundo, California. Their lines of products include the famed Barbie and Hot Wheels franchises. It is the world's second largest toy maker in terms of revenue, after The Lego Group.

1st Logo (2000s, Latin America)

Logo: We see a blue background made up of puzzle-style pieces. The Mattel logo on a white square appears moving out from the right and crashes into the background, as most the pieces fall down. The slogan "Dedicados a hacerte feliz." is revealed below the logo. A light then briefly passes behind the text.

FX/SFX: 3D animation.

Music/Sounds: A guitar rock theme with a male voice singing "Mattel! Dedicados a hacerte feliz!".

Availability: Was seen on few Latin American Mattel commercials from the time period, although most of them didn't feature this logo.
