Logo: On a white background, we see a picture of a cartoon woman wearing a black dress sitting on a red sofa with her legs on it, she's using a diamond ring in her left hand. The text "mega-diva" is in blue at the top and the text is on a orange trapezium which part of the woman is on as well. There's a lamp on the left of the sofa, a plant pot behind the sofa and a carpet in front of it.

Variants:

A still version exists.
A alternate version exists where the woman is talking and says "Diva, out!", then she snaps her fingers to fading out.

FX/SFX: The woman raising her eyebrows when she laughs and the high heel moving swinging forwards and backwards, or even talking and snapping her fingers. On Family Reunion, it is still.

Music/Sounds: A woman saying "Fabulous" along with a little laugh.

Music/Sounds Variants:

On the first season of Eve, the second-half of the The Greenblatt/Janollari Studio theme plays over it.
On the first three episodes of season 2 of Eve, the female singers says "Diva!", followed by a different laugh.
On Here We Go Again, a woman says "Diva, out!", then a click sound is heard as she snaps.
On Family Reunion, the logo is silent.
