Background

Metal Blade Video was the short-lived video division of Metal Blade Records, which is a record label founded by Brian Slagel in 1982.

Logo (1980s)

Visuals: We see the Metal Blade Records logo of the time over the gray gradient background (which is the guillotine blade with the name above it and the black rectangular part in the middle, reading "R E C O R D S"), with "V I D E O" on green in place of "R E C O R D S" on black.
