Logo: On a blue background, a grey plate flips up to the screen. The plate has the letters "MPM" written on it in red with a black drop shadow and the first 2 letters connected. Below it is "METRO POLAND MEDIA" sandwiched between 2 red lines. The plate flips out and another grey plate flies in with warning text on it.

FX/SFX: The animation of the rectangle.

Cheesy Factor: Cheap animation with no effort in it.

Music/Sounds: A soft orchestral tune.

Availability: Extinct. Seen on Polish VHS's of B-movies.
