Background

This is Bob Fisher's vanity plate.

Logo: On a white spotlight background, we see a paperboy riding a bicycle in the box. Over his handbag is the company name on the sign.

Technique: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme.

Availability: Seen on Traffic Light and Sirens. It does not appear on Animal Control, despite Bob Fisher being involved.
