On one 1989 Channel 4 airing of The Oprah Winfrey Show, the last section of the 1988 Harpo Productions theme is heard, likely due to an editing error.
On two Channel 4 airings of a Season 3 episode of The Ricki Lake Show and the season 4 episode "Woman In The KKK" , the final note of the low-toned Columbia TriStar Television Distribution theme is heard.

Availability: This was seen on UK prints of 1988-1994 episodes of The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Ricki Lane Show, respectively.
