Background

Midnight Radio was formed in 2006 as "Space Floor Television" by Going to California writers Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec and Scott Rosenberg. Jeff Pinkner later joined the company in 2014, and renamed to its current moniker, which is based off a fact from playing radio late at night while driving with the coolest and weirdest music.

Logo (June 30, 2015-)

Visuals: Over a black background is the name "MIDNIGHT RADIO" with a red lightning bolt between the words.

Variants:

  • The logo may be either squished or zoomed out.
  • On Knightfall, the logo is next to the Island Pictures logo.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None or the closing theme. Original CBS airings of Zoo used a generic theme.

Availability: Seen on their shows like Zoo, Everything Sucks!, Knightfall, Origin, High Fidelity, and the live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop.
