Background
This is the vanity plate of Joan Rater and Tony Phelan.
(February 15, 2017-)
Logo: On a dark cloudy background, we see two cows eating some grass. As we zoom back, the background changes to steel blue and the cows turn into a cartoon. A speech bubble then appears with the company name in a blue 60s script font.
FX/SFX: The forming of the logo.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on Doubt and Council of Dads. Don't expect this to appear on Fire Country, despite Rater and Phelan both being executive producers on the show.
