Background

Misteriya Zvuka ("Мистерия Звука", "Mystery of Sound") is a Moscow-based Russian record label and media distribution company founded in 1999 by Airat Sharipov and Alexander Skrastin.

Logo (2004-2008)

Visuals: On a dark blue background with a reflection (which looks like a water ripple) being projected, "МИСТЕРИЯ" appears along with "DVD" (in its trademark font).

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A bass/electric guitar tune with hi-hats.

Availablity: Seen on Misteriya Zvuka's DVD releases of the time. [Examples?]

Logo (2008-2018)

Visuals: On a dark red background with moving stripes, the word "мистерия" (set in the Futura Black font) is rotating slowly to its position. Words "МУЗЫКАЛЬНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ" (set in Arial Narrow) and "ЗВУКА" (also set in Futura Black) appear below "мистерия".

Variant: On some releases, the logo is zoomed in to fit into the 16:9 aspect ratio.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A catchy synthesized tune.

Availability: Used on most of the company's DVD releases since 2008.
