Background
This is the vanity plate of Jordan Moffet.

Visuals: On a medium blue background, we see the large stacked company name with "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" below in smaller text. Above the text are two white ellipses with a mouth and an arc which is slightly fading, appearing to look like a face. The mouth then goes from frowning to happy.
