This is the vanity plate of Matt and Ross Duffer, also known as The Duffer Brothers.

Logo: Inside of what seems to be a house, we see a stuffed monkey on a carpet floor, holding a knife. The camera zooms in on the monkey as it cuts to another shot of it jumping and swinging the knife at the ground, followed by in front of a door with a sign, to its hands and at the point of the knife. It then flies to the left of the room while the screen cuts in half to reveal "MONKEY MASSACRE" on a black background as it shines a bit.
FX/SFX: The monkey's movements and the screen splitting. Looks like stop-motion combined with live-action.
Music/Sounds: Some monkey noises, plus some cutting noises.
Availability: Seen on Stranger Things.
