Background
Morrow-Heus Productions was the vanity card of TV producers Barry Morrow and Richard Heus. They were headquartered in the Sony lot and co-produced three television movies between 1991 and 1994: Switched at Birth (with O'Hara-Horowitz Productions), Christmas at Division Street (with Procter & Gamble Productions and The Guber-Peters Entertainment Company), and The Disappearance of Vonnie, all in association with Columbia Pictures Television.
1st Logo (April 28, 1991)
Visuals: On a white background, three lines (in order, blue, yellow and red) appear, with the middle line being longer than the rest. Between the first and middle lines is a red triangle, to form an "M", and between the middle and last lines is a blue circle, to form an "H". On both sides of the middle line is "m o r r o w" and "h e u s". Everything here is shown with a shadow effect. At the bottom is "p r o d u c t i o n s".
Variant: Another version has the logo on a pale yellow background. This may have been how it turned out while working on the prints.
Technique: A still, filmed graphic.
Audio: The closing theme of the movie.
Availability: Seen on Switched at Birth, which hasn't aired on television for years, but can be viewed online in Canada on CTV.ca's CTV Movies hub. It can also be found on the VHS release from Columbia TriStar Home Video, which was released in a two tape pack. The standard version was seen on the first tape, while the yellow background version appeared on the second tape.
2nd Logo (December 15, 1991-September 27, 1994)
Visuals: Same concept as before, except now the logo is a bit bigger and is on a black/gray gradient background. The word "p r o d u c t i o n s" is in white and below that is "AND".
Variant: On The Disappearance of Vonnie, the logo is superimposed onto the end credits background. The logo is entirely white here.
Technique: A still graphic.
Audio: The closing theme.
Availability: Seen on Christmas on Division Street and The Disappearance of Vonnie. The former movie was released on VHS in the UK by Odyssey Video.
