1st Logo (Early 2000's)
Visuals: On a gray, cloudy background, there are two very strange three-dimensional red circles, which appear to be "broken up" and inside of each other. At the end of each circle is an arrow, thus ending the circle. The logo is slowly rotating, and there seems to be a white cylindrical object below the logo. There is a bright orange flash, which causes the cylinder below the logo to disappear, and the words "Mort Crim" appear in a three-dimensional black text (of which has a white outline), and "Communications Incorporated" appear under this. The abstract circle continues to rotate but eventually ceases in doing so.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: An abrupt single orchestral hit, combined with an ethereal noise.
Availability: Can be seen on a few programs shown on Detroit Public Television.
