Background
Mosaic Entertainment was a British home video distributor that focused on genre films.
1st Logo (2001-2006)
Logo: On a dark background with a dark blue asphalt-like foreground, several light blue square tiles fly towards the camera. The camera then moves up and pans down to show multiple of them flying and forming an "M" symbol with multiple squares emerging from the left. The gold words "MOSAIC" fade in and a pink beam of light forms the words "ENTERTAINMENT".
Technique: CGI.
Music/Sounds: A MIDI synthesised fanfare.
Availability: Seen on genre films released by the company such as The Mail on Sunday release of Ashanti.
