Background

Moscow Technical Films Factory was a film studio founded in 1933. It was later renamed to Mosnauchfim in 1945.

(1933?-1956?)

Logo: There is a sculpture of a torch-holding man standing on a pedestal under a blue sky background. The torch ends with a red star. Below is a name which originally reads:

МОСКОВСКАЯ

ордена красной звезды
К И Н О С Т У Д И Я
НАУЧНО-ПОПУЛЯРНЫХ
фильмов

The first word is stretched into an arc-shape. The name translates to "Moscow Red Star Order's Film Studio for Popular Scientific Films".

Variants: In later years, the name had no arc-shape and the man stood by a slight angle. The background also varies.

Technique: Just the fading-in.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: Rare. This one can be found on the DVD/Blu-ray Disc collection of films released by the Centre of National Film.
