===Background===
'''Myriad Pictures''' is a film production company founded in 1999 by Kirk D'Amico. On July 24, 2000, 76% of the company was purchased by the German company IN-motion for $4 million, and they later merged the [[J&M Entertainment]] library into Myriad. However, they sold the company back to its owners on September 6, 2002, due to financial struggles. The company has remained independent ever since, and has since expanded into international distribution.
