Background
In 1997, the Southern Educational Communications Association and the Pacific Mountain Network merged together to form the National Educational Telecommunications Association, and has its own subsidiary, the NETA Program Service. It was eventually the third largest public television distributor, behind PBS and American Public Television. The company did not use a logo until 2013.
