NETA Program Service
Background
In 1997, the Southern Educational Communications Association and the Pacific Mountain Network merged together to form the National Educational Telecommunications Association, and has its own subsidiary, the NETA Program Service. It was eventually the third largest public television distributor, behind PBS and American Public Television. The company did not use a logo until 2013.

Logo: On a black or white background, we see the turquoise blue words "NETA" zoom out letter by letter. Then a box with the text "PROGRAM SERVICE" zooms out.
Variant: A small version exists.

Availability: Seen on many public television programs from the period, especially on PBS stations. One its earliest appearances include An Evening With Ursula Burns.
