Background
Nacional Video was a Brazilian home video company founded in 1985[1]. It was the official distributor of Media Home Entertainment and Screen Time Entertainment in the country.
1st Logo (1985-late 80s)
Visuals: Before a cyan background, a black pattern dissolves until a few black pixels form a stylized N. A dotted line enters the screen from the left and underlines the N. Finally, the words NACIONAL VIDEO appear, stacked upon each other and written in character generator font.
Technique: 2D computer animation
Audio: A brief clip from Yes- Roundabout, followed by the intro of Renasissance - Can You Understand.
Availability: Found on Brazilian releases from the Media Home Entertainment library, such as Peanuts.
