This is the vanity plate of Brad Neely.

Visuals: On a background of many multicolored lines, there is a large sky blue banner in the middle with gold rips on both sides. Inside the banner is "NEELY COMICS", with "CREASEDCOMICS.COM" (Brad Neely's website) both in a hand drawn font with two goblin-looking babies on both sides of the company name, colored in pale pink and pale green respectively. The logo is entirely drawn.
Variant: Starting with The Harper House, the logo was redone. The background's colored lines are different, while the banner and name are a bit larger; now recolored in tan and gray respectively.
