Background

Neo Software Produktions was an Austrian development studio. It was acquired by Take-Two Interactive Software in 2001 while working on the Xbox port of Max Payne. In 2003, Neo Software was renamed Rockstar Vienna, but closed abruptly during the development of Manhunt 2 in 2006.
