Background
Nepenthe Productions is the production company of Martin Rosen. Outside of some works like Smooth Talk, the company is most famous for the 1978 film adaptation of the novel Watership Down.
1st Logo (1999-2001)
Logo: On a black background, the text "Nepenthe Productions" is seen in an unknown typeface slowly zooming in.
FX/SFX: Just the zoom in.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show.
Availability: It was only seen on the YTV adaptation of Watership Down(which Rosen worked on as a producer), but it can be found on DVD releases of the show.
Editor's Note: The logo is very lacking in creativity, although people who have seen the TV series version of Watership Down might have fonder memories of the logo.
