Background
This is the vanity plate of Matt Lopez.

Visuals: On a black background, we see a photograph of two young kids standing on a black sand beach, looking at seagulls, with trees behind them. Underneath it is the words "NEPTUNE WAY".
Technique: None.
Audio: Just the sounds of the seagulls or the closing theme.
Availability: Seen on the failed pilot of Gothica and Promised Land.
