Background
Network 21 was a pirate television broadcast in London, England that operated from 1986 to 1987. It would only broadcast for around half an hour on Friday nights after ITV had signed off.

Logo: The word "NeTWork" on a blue rectangle above "21" on a grey square, like a calendar. The 21 flashes different colors (those being blue, red, pink, green or gray).
Variants:
- There is a variant which displays a grid of several identical logos, all in different colors (blue red and green.
- The number may sometimes not flash.
